2015年，公司投资20亿元，倾力打造集教育功能区、综合素质拓展区、生活休闲区于一体的文华高端教育园区，园区占地600亩，建筑面积40万平米。其中，教育功能区可容纳学生7000余名，实现早幼小初高18年一贯制教育，保持孩子成长连贯性；综合素质拓展区引入国内外优质教育资源，促进孩子均衡、特色、健康成长；生活配套区致力于为教师、学生、家长等提供便捷的配套生活服务，全面提升生活幸福指数。
In 2015, the Company invested RMB2 billion in founding Wenhua High-end Education Park, composed of an educational functional area, a comprehensive quality development area and a living area. The park covers an area of 600 Chinese acres and a building area of 400,000m2. The educational functional area, which can accommodate more than 7,000 students, offers 18-year education to preschool children, primary school students, junior high school students and high school students with the coherence of children’s growth ensured; the comprehensive quality development area boasts high-quality educational resources introduced from home and abroad that can promote children’s balanced, distinctive and healthy growth; the living area is designed to provide convenient living services for the teachers, students and parents to comprehensively improve their well-being.

The parent company Wenhua Education Group is a founder of the Shandong Maritime Vocational College and the School of Navigation, Shandong Transport Vocational College. The Shandong Maritime Vocational College is a key project of mixed vocational education implemented by Shandong. It has more than 9,000 students and provides a large number of talents for the navy and ocean shipping companies every year; Since its establishment, the School of Navigation, Shandong Transport Vocational College has been undertaking the task of training high-quality non-commissioned officers.
